The Bama Ngappi Ngappi Aboriginal Corporation trading as EmployNET and Apprentice Traineeship Services Australian Apprenticeships Centre (EmployNET), will cease operation under the Australian Apprenticeships Support Services Contract 2006-2009 as of close of business Wednesday 26 September 2007.
The Department has transferred all records to Queensland Apprenticeship Services to ensure that employers and Australian Apprentices continue to receive ongoing Australian Apprenticeships Support Services after the closure of EmployNet.
Letters have been issued to all relevant employers to inform them of the closure and to provide them with the details of their new Australian Apprenticeships Centre.
Australian Apprentices who are in receipt of the Living Away From Home Allowance (LAFHA) and Support for Mid-Career Apprentices, have been issued with a separate letter to inform them of the closure and advise them to send their claim forms to their new Australian Apprenticeships Centre to ensure continuity of their allowance.

The Roman Catholic Church Trust Corporation of the Archdiocese of Hobart’s Australian Apprenticeships Centre, trading as The Apprenticeships Specialists, will cease operation under the Australian Apprenticeships Support Services Contract 2006-2009 as of Thursday 1 February 2007.
The Department has transferred all records to three other Australian Apprenticeships Centre in the region to ensure that employers and Australian Apprentices continue to receive ongoing Australian Apprenticeships Support Services after the closure of the Australian Apprenticeships Specialists.
Letters have been issued to all relevant employers to inform them of the closure and to provide the name and contact details of their new Australian Apprenticeships Centre.
