Adam Brideson made his name in the NRL through his hard-hitting defence with the Canterbury Bulldogs in the 2000s.

The former backrower is now making his mark with KPD Pty Ltd – managing the Brisbane branch where he employs five Australian Apprentices.

Adam completed a Certificate III in Cabinet Making through TAFE NSW – South Western Sydney Institute and KPD Pty Ltd while playing football.

“The investment in my training has resulted in me developing into a management role and becoming a valuable and long-term asset to the company,” Adam said.

“Employing Australian Apprentices has a number of benefits including preparing the organisation for the future by strengthening our skill base.”

Adam was involved in the NRL as the Brisbane Broncos mentor in the Trade UP with the NRL program, where he encouraged current players to prepare for life after football and consider undertaking an Australian Apprenticeship.
