Madison Coelli started her career in weighbridge operations before quickly moving up the ranks to high-level administration and logistics at GetSet Inc where she undertook a traineeship in business administration.

Along her traineeship journey, Madison rose to every challenge becoming resilient and self-reliant, with the confidence to land her dream job in logistics and trade at Walnuts Australia and setting her on a journey to become a role model for women in the agricultural industry.

In 2016, Madison was awarded the Leeton Business Awards’ Trainee of the Year and crowned Sunrice Festival Fundraising Ambassador for SteppingOut4Youth. Madison credits her success to her training and says it has been eye opening to see how vocational education and training system has equipped her with career success. Madison is now enrolled in a dual Diploma of Logistics Management and Leadership and Management.

Madison was recognised for her outstanding contribution to vocational education and training at the 2017 Australian Training Awards where she was a finalist for the Australian Apprentice (Trainee) of the Year Award after being named winner of this category in her home state of New South Wales.
