Certificate III in Retail Baking (Combined)
Growing up in a family passionate about baking prompted Tiffany Davies to undertake a Certificate III in Retail Baking (Combined) upon finishing school. Tiffany commenced an apprenticeship at Crust Bakery in 2013, where her training opened her eyes to how much she loves baking, and also the tough nature of the industry. Tiffany was rewarded for her hard work and determination during the fourth year of her apprenticeship when she was promoted to Production Manager at Crust Bakery. Throughout her apprenticeship and beyond, Tiffany has demonstrated her skills as a baker by winning a variety of awards including the F. Mayer Imports Award for Excellence in Retail Baking and the Canberra Institute of Technology Rotary Club of Canberra City Prize for best female trade student. This year she placed third as the ACT/NSW representative for the LA Judge Award, a very prestigious title that recognises the best baking apprentice in Australia and New Zealand.
Tiffany was recognised for her outstanding contribution to vocational education and training at the 2017 Australian Training Awards where she was a finalist for the Australian Apprentice of the Year Award after being named winner of this category at the Australian Capital Territory Training Awards.
