Claiming Apprentice incentives in ADMS

Australian Apprentices can now use ADMS to apply for loans and complete their own Claim Applications to receive payments under the Incentives System.

The first step to completing your Claim Application or applying for a loan is signing up to ADMS. This page includes useful information about how to access ADMS and how to submit Claim Applications and how to apply for loans.

Connect

Connect your linked myGov account or Digital Identity (myGovID) to ADMS

  1. Navigate to ADMS.
  2. Click ‘Apprentice Login’.
  3. Sign in using myGov or your Digital Identity (myGovID).

To sign in with myGov, your account must be linked to either Centrelink, ATO or Medicare. Head to the myGov website to learn more about signing up for and linking your myGov account.

To use your Digital Identity, you need to have a myGov account and a Standard Identity Strength. The myGovID website has more information about creating your Digital Identity.

Confirm

Confirm your identity in ADMS

  1. Provide your Apprentice ID (your Apprenticeship Network Provider can give you this), or your Unique Student Identifier (USI).
  2. Enter your date of birth.
    1. Enter the authentication code sent your phone or email.

Claim

Claim your incentive or apply for a loan using ADMS

The Australian Apprentice Training Support Payment (AATSP) will be the first incentive available to claim in ADMS. It will be available from early 2023.

You’ll get an email when your Claim Application is ready to complete – make sure your Apprenticeship Network Provider has the right email address so you don’t miss out.

Submitting a Claim Application

Once you have set up your ADMS access, you’re ready to begin submitting Claim Applications.

Applying for loans

You can now apply for Trade Support Loans in ADMS.

Replacing the complex paper-based process, ADMS makes it easy to apply for a loan.
