The new Australian Government-funded AAPathways website was released by the Australian Apprenticeships and Traineeships Information Service (AATIS) on 31 August 2017.

The AAPathways website provides students, careers advisers, job seekers and employers with a broad range of Australian Apprenticeships information and resources. This includes sample job and training descriptions, industry based job pathway charts and practice aptitude quizzes.

The new site brings together the information from the previous Australian Apprenticeships Pathways and Australian Apprenticeships and Traineeship Information Service websites in one convenient location.

The enhanced AAPathways features:

  • Pathways to Australian Apprenticeships for students, employers, careers practitioners and job hunters

  • New information on the part-time availability of apprenticeships and traineeships

  • Expanded information on industry including employment and wage data

  • Links from Job and Training Descriptions to available pre-apprenticeships

  • Opportunities to connect with a wide range of services, resources and initiatives
